Christen joined DJB in 2023, bringing 20 years’ experience to the firm.
Christen is a highly experienced commercial property solicitor. She has experience in the whole spectrum of real estate issues including landlord and tenant, portfolio management, site acquisition detailed due diligence and post completion.
Christen has a proven track record of building and maintaining positive client and professional relationships, meeting challenging financial targets and proactive departmental development. She is an expert at working closely with clients and exceeding their expectations by developing a great understanding of not just the clients’ legal needs but also their strategic and commercial requirements.

Acting for a major statutory corporation; acquired land or easements, both privately and via CPO in connection with the laying of four major gas pipelines spanning a distance of over 400 miles.

Acting for one of the major high street banks; assisted with a number of major sale and leaseback portfolio projects both through private sale and auction, involving full due diligence, drafting and transactional aspects.

Involved in a number of major corporate support projects undertaking detailed due diligence, pre and post completion.

Acting for a well known holiday home and leisure park company; undertook high volume first registration programme which involved compiling complex epitomes of title and identifying and addressing a variety of title rectification issues.
