What is it?
Lawyers Assured provides you with an elastic resource: you instruct DJB on the hours you need a stopgap for, and we will coordinate and manage our team to fulfil this requirement.
Our lawyers undertake work for your client on your systems, liaising direct with your client, and being badged as your lawyer. Working with DJB lawyers under Lawyers Assured is perfect for when you need surge capacity, perhaps due to internal absences or projects which are particularly large or time sensitive.*

*Lawyers Assured is not a legal service but is a secondment service. Davitt Jones Bould does not accept any liability for the work undertaken by any seconded lawyer. Any seconded lawyers will be supervised by the firm engaging the seconded lawyers and DJB will have no supervisory input. Accordingly, DJB will not have access to any matters or confidential information available to the secondee.

We provided over 330 hours of support, undertaking a wide range of real estate matters such as Reports on Title, Certificates on Title, multi-million-pound acquisitions and Lease Reports.
