DJB Legal Training

DJB is a respected provider of legal training & property law courses to the property professional, including lawyers, surveyors, managing agents and all others who deal in real estate. We provide practical and entertaining seminars at venues across the UK, giving chartered surveyors, valuers, lawyers and other property professionals essential updates in property law. Lectures can be provided on a range of topics or designed bespoke to your requirements.

Richard Snape (Head of Legal Training)

Richard is a former Head of Property Law at the University of the West of England.  He is a nationally renowned speaker on property law.   He is adept at tailoring training so it is relevant and understandable not only to legal professionals but also to non-legal delegates such as surveyors and asset managers. 

Emma Warner-Reed (Professional Support Lawyer) 

Emma Qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and holds a Masters degree in Advanced Commercial Property Law from Northumbria University.  She lectured on Property Law at Universities and has written a number of textbooks on Land Law and Trusts.  Emma is responsible for researching and producing practice updates and legal materials for use both in house and for dissemination across the wider real estate community.
