As part of DJB's growth strategy for 2021 we are recruiting Client Partners who manage their own portfolio of clients within DJB.  If you are an experienced and senior real estate Solicitor with a successful track record of leading a team and undertaking top

end commercial property work please do get in touch.


Client Partners have access to all of the resources and facilities of DJB, including our pool of core solicitors, enabling them to manage their own portfolio of clients within DJB’s established brand.


With a team of highly experienced solicitors, recruited from leading firms and senior in-house roles, our Client Partners are assured that all work produced by our solicitors is of the highest quality.  Client Partners can also rely on the full support of DJB’s administrative teams so they can focus on their clients, their legal work and their business development activities​.

Development Solicitor

Support our growing practice in relation to development projects for public and private sector clients. We welcome applications from solicitors with experience in drafting and negotiating development and related agreements.

CPO/Planning Solicitor

We welcome applications from solicitors who, in addition to drafting and negotiating Section 106 and other infrastructure agreements, have the experience to lead on CPO projects, advising acquiring clients on all aspects of compulsory purchaser orders and compensation matters.

Graduate Trainee, Operations

Graduates on our operations trainee scheme report directly to the CEO on a broad spectrum of project-based work. They receive mentoring, coaching and a development programme. 

Academic requirements include: Minimum 2:1 from a quality university (likely Russell Group), 3 As at A-Level, Minimum of 8 As at GCSE.
