Leanne is an experienced commercial real estate Solicitor. Leanne specialises in commercial real estate work, including transactional and development cases. Leanne also has significant experience in corporate support work.
Leanne also works as Real Estate Legal Director for Keepmoat Homes Ltd, a partnership housebuilder, where she is responsible for overseeing all of their property legal work. This experience has given her a greater depth of understanding of the commercial, operational, financial and practical issues facing organisations.
Outside of law, Leanne volunteers as a Governor in a local primary school.

Real Estate Legal Director for Keepmoat Homes Ltd, responsible for overseeing property work including advising the Board on government housing schemes, collaborative schemes with other developers and review of documentation with oversight of panel solicitors.

Large retail and leisure scheme, working as part of development team, negotiation of build agreements for lease with household name restaurants, cinema and pub chain with rental values of in the region of £75K to £220K per annum as part of original acquisition at price of £35m.

Corporate support for the acquisition by a telecommunications company of part of another telecommunications business, in relation to property assets such as masts.

Acted for tenant on a long lease of premises for an energy plant, including licence for works, subleases to utilities companies to enable the energy product to reach the grid and short-term tenancy arrangements for storage compounds and temporary offices during construction.
