A-Level Leaver Scheme 

You will have the opportunity to work in all our key departments, including the: Accounts, Legal Support, Account Management, as well as facilities. You will learn what the various departments do and assist with various administrative tasks, gaining a wealth of new skills as you go.

We are proud to have a team of talented people, all of whom you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from. This will be supported by any necessary training.

Many of our entry-level starters go on to complete Degree Apprenticeships with the firm in a chosen discipline, for example Business Management, or do further qualifications such as the Solicitor’s Apprenticeship, AAT accounting qualifications and so on.

You will be based in our Business Services Centre in Taunton, Somerset and must live in a commutable distance.

A successful candidate will likely be:

• Focused, proactive, and organised, with the ability to use their own initiative and work independently

• Confident and friendly, with excellent communication skills

• Motivated with a can-do attitude

• Genuinely interested in working within a leading real estate law firm

This position is designed for recent college leavers with:

• A minimum of 3 A-Levels (or equivalent)

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
