Caroline is a highly experienced commercial property litigator, having practiced at leading law firms.
​​
She is able to advise on all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant litigation as well as real estate litigation, lead substantial litigation claims as well as managing teams dealing with telecoms and property portfolios.
​​
During her career, Caroline has advised the full spectrum of clients including retailers, property investment companies, government departments, developers, telecommunications operators and charities.
​​
She is a member of the Property Litigation Association, and a regular lecturer on a range of property related issues to surveyors and clients.
WORK HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE ​

Successfully operating complex break options of office space occupied by Government departments, including completing detailed settlement agreement and defending spurious dilapidations claim.

Acted for the successful landlord of office premises on proceedings relating to the operation of tenant's break including issues of apportionment of rent PCE Investors Limited v Cancer Research UK.

Successfully retained property for tenant client on application for vesting order and relief from forfeiture in an historic Grade I-listed estate.

Acted for Landlord of prominent London premises on dilapidations claim in excess of £1m.
