SERVICES FOR CENTRAL GOVERNMENT

We advise Central Government Ministerial and Non-Ministerial Departments and their executive agencies and advisory bodies, on the full spectrum of real estate and associated matters.

By 2030, the Government estate will be smaller, better and greener. That is the ambitious vision set out in the Government Property Strategy (2022-2030). Now it is down to you, the person responsible for your organisation’s estate, to turn this vision into reality.

This is, of course, no easy task. To make your estate smaller, better and greener is a delicate balance that takes exceptional strategic thinking. I suspect, like many Government Estates Managers, you have already worked hard to achieve this balance, needing to make cuts to your portfolio even though public demand for your services seems to increase. Such a task is further complicated by the need to make your portfolio greener in light of the 2050 Net Zero Strategy and the increasing but necessary regulation around climate change and the environment.

Over the years we have been honoured to work alongside incredible estates and legal employees within Government to help them to create estates that are effective for the season they are in. For example, we worked with the UK Health Security Agency to rapidly deliver leases for their health protection teams in 2020/21 so that they could help communities during the pandemic and we advised many Government departments and other public bodies, including the Cabinet Office on the estates rationalisation process following the 2008 financial crisis. So, we know that ambitious plans can be turned into reality and we would be delighted to work with you on yours.

Our firm is classed as an SME, which will further help you in achieving your procurement targets. Of course, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
