Advising Englewood Limited on the planning agreement to facilitate consent for a residential tower in Elephant and Castle, involving negotiations with the Ministry of Sound and entry into a Deed of Noise Easement.

Long term involvement in the Places for People proposals for a residential-led development as part of the Harlow and Gilston Garden Town of up to 8,500 homes and associated facilities and infrastructure.

Representing Suffolk Coastal District Council at their community infrastructure levy examination.

Acting for Dartford Borough Council and Kent County Council on the determination of the application for a mixed-use development at Eastern Quarry including 6,250 new homes and preparing the accompanying planning agreement.

Advising Hertsmere Council on the robust determination of an application for a Centre of Sporting Excellence in the Green Belt, with protected species present.

Advising the Preston Tithebarn Partnership on their proposed £700 million Preston City Centre regeneration scheme, involving input into the planning application strategy and preparation for the compulsory purchase of numerous properties in the city.
