Michelle is experienced in commercial real estate matters, including investment, development and financing work, general landlord and tenant matters, conditional freehold acquisitions and sales, portfolio acquisitions and disposals and the property elements of corporate restructuring projects.
She has acted for a wide range of clients across the industrial, office, retail and healthcare sectors including Land Securities, Crown Estate, BUPA, Spire Healthcare, MasterCard, Metro Bank, Barclays Bank, Svenska Handelsbanken, Palmer Capital (now Fiera), Hillview Real Estate.
More recently she has provided real estate expertise and assisted with commercial arrangements in relation to the operation of one of the UK’s major ports.

Advised London Development Agency on the development of the Crossrail station at Woolwich.

Conditional development agreement for lease to secure a major automotive company as a tenant at a major UK port. Related commercial arrangements allowing temporary land use pending lease completion.

Conditional agreement for sale of a mobile home park, involving research specific to the legislative framework affecting the operation and sale of mobile home parks.

Acting for a major private healthcare company on the acquisition and development of a new warehouse facility for storage of medical records, with complex title issues.

Corporate restructuring project - review of the entirety of a private healthcare company’s property portfolio and preparation of all real estate transaction documentation. Worked in conjunction with CMS, which managed the corporate aspects.

Acting for a major UK private healthcare company on its central London head office move, advising on its new lease and ancillary documentation.

Acting for a retail bank on the acquisition of its London head office and first UK branch, the agreement for lease being conditional upon various conditions, including FCA consent.
