Davitt Jones Bould (DJB) are delighted to announce two new appointments to our expert legal team, which now boasts a combined Post Qualification Experience (PQE) exceeding 1,000 years.
Bav Nyland, who recently joined DJB as a Senior Associate, was formerly a Senior Associate at Gowling WLG (UK) LLP in Birmingham in its commercial development and investment team. Bav’s appointment will strengthen our landlord-and-tenant expertise, bringing her particular knowledge of issues encountered by investment funds, landlords and corporate occupiers from a wide range of clients including retail, office and industrial estates.

Jo Briers, who has been appointed as an Associate Director this month, is an experienced commercial property solicitor with a particular focus on retail and development work. Having gained her legal experience with Dentons UK & Middle East LLP, Jo has acted for key clients including Sainsbury’s, Argos, Kier Property, HSBC and Lloyds Bank.
