Richard also discusses previous cases and their significance, such as Street and Mountford 1985 HL in discussion of exceptional circumstances, Camelot Property Management Ltd and Camelot Guardian Management Ltd v Greg Roynon (2017) which was held to be a lease, and Camelot Guardian Management Ltd v Heiko Khoo (2019), in which the High Court decided that the guardians had licences.
