"Sophie has delivered a level of service above and beyond our expectations (and our expectations are high!), and we see her as a key member of our transaction team on the deals with which she is involved. She and her team have a total grasp of the key legal issues that we face on a daily basis, and most importantly she is pragmatic and 'commercially-minded' in her advice. I would be more than happy to instruct her on future transactions".  Director, HSBC Specialist Fund Management Ltd, London
