We are a national award-winning law firm specialising in all aspects of construction and engineering law and dispute resolution and aim to help you achieve realistic and deliverable outcomes. We regularly work with our specialist Procurement Team to ensure that projects are procured in a practical and efficient manner and in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
Our expertise is based not just upon technical legal advice, but upon over 40 years’ practical experience advising clients in the construction and engineering industries, from the structuring and procurement of delivery and design teams to the negotiation of construction contracts, appointments and warranties, through to devising strategies for Net Zero and for the effective resolution of disputes and the remediation of defects.
