  • Advised on the development of Exeter Science Park. Work has included drafting and negotiating leases with corporate occupiers, site set up work, funding advice, drafting the management agreements and more.  

  • Advised on the sale of a Long Leasehold Interest in a 900 square foot unit at a science park, handing negotiations and preparing the lease.

  • Advised on the development of an 800,000 square foot science park, comprising 40 buildings. DJB handled all legal work relating to the project, advising on highways, planning and landlord and tenant matters.
