As a Business Manager, Courtney plays a key role in developing strong client relationships, expanding the firm’s client base, and ensuring the seamless delivery of legal services.
In her role, Courtney works closely with contacts, prospects and directly with some of the firm’s largest clients, taking an active role in nurturing long‑term relationships built on trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of client needs. She acts as a key point of contact, ensuring clients receive a seamless and consistently high‑quality service experience, while proactively identifying opportunities to add value and strengthen partnerships. Courtney’s approach combines commercial awareness with a collaborative mindset, enabling her to anticipate challenges, support clients in achieving their objectives, and foster relationships that evolve into long‑standing, mutually beneficial partnerships.
She also works in close collaboration with the marketing team to support the growth of new client bases. This includes her involvement in the Real Estate Support solution, which creates innovative commercial partnerships with law firms and introduces more flexible, efficient ways of delivering services to the real estate market. Through this work, Courtney helps shape tailored service models that respond to client demand and reflect the firm’s commitment to modern, client‑centric delivery.
Alongside this, Courtney contributes to cross‑departmental projects aimed at driving improvements across the business and enhancing the experience we provide to both our clients and our lawyers.
