Turning high calibre graduates into the Firm's future leaders, with our Graduate Trainee Programme.

Our Graduate Trainee Programme is aimed at taking high calibre graduates through a broad spectrum of management training, covering all disciplines relating to the running of a law firm.

We are looking for people who are academically bright, naturally curious, and self-motivated, who have the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic business at the heart of the real estate legal industry. For these individuals, our programme aims to add the layers of skills, experience, and commercial exposure required to mould them into the future leaders of our organisation.

Unlike traditional law firms, we do not have any recruitment cycles for our graduate programme. Instead, we look for and interview bright graduates all year round.

We provide 8-12 month paid internships for students, working directly with our Commercial Professionals in our Business Services Centre. The placement is ideally suited to gap year students going on to study at University, or undergraduates from all degree disciplines, from data scientists to law students to marketing students, looking to complete a placement year or year in industry. Successful candidates will have a motivated, can-do attitude and will be genuinely interested in working in a leading real estate law firm. It is a perfect opportunity to get a head-start on their career in business.

We recognise that for some people university is not the best or only route to success. That’s why we offer entry-level positions for A-Level leavers looking for an alternative.

Our Business Services Centre is our hub of, housing all our business management, client management and administrative teams. Our entry-level positions provide an ideal opportunity to gain experience working in this busy office environment and, if desired, complete a degree apprenticeship scheme.
