This framework, led by Kent Commercial Services (Kent County Council) is available to all local authorities and public sector bodies in England & Wales. We are able to advise on real estate issues. Orbis Public Law (OPL) - Surrey and Sussex Authorities
OPL is the partnership of Surrey County Council, Brighton & Hove City Council Legal Services, East Sussex County Council Legal Services and West Sussex County Council Legal Services. This Legal Services Framework is also available to any district or borough council in Surrey or Sussex. We can be instructed under Lots 6a and 6bLegal Services for Environment, Highways, Planning, Property & Housing. We are appointed to this national public sector framework for the provision of legal services, contract managed by Dukefield Procurement with the University of Essex being the lead authority.
