Bronwyn has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate law, advising on landlord & tenant matters, asset management, portfolio and lease reporting and acquisitions and disposals.  Her experience includes advising a leading global asset manager and team leader in relation to all aspects of the asset management of a 150 unit town centre shopping centre and acting for the UK’s largest listed real estate company for 10 years on many high-profile real estate matters. Before joining us Bronwyn has worked for leading firms including CMS, Dundas and Wilson and Howard Kennedy.

Work Highlights

• Advised a leading global asset manager and team leader in relation to all aspects of the asset management of a 150 unit town centre shopping centre and its subsequent redevelopment.

• Advised Landlords & Tenants in the retail, office and industrial sectors on all aspects of landlord & tenant work, including acting as the sole solicitor for a quoted property on the asset management of 4 of its UK shopping centres and as sole lawyer acting for a FTSE 100 company on the management of its London shopping centre.

• Acted on the disposal of a portfolio of 183 retail investment properties with individual values ranging from £750k - £20m.
