She has also worked with multiple law firms on real estate projects, giving her extensive consulting experience. Acted for an SPV on the acquisition of an RPI index strip investment in a major health centre for £80m, coordinating with corporate, construction, and tax colleagues, and drafting certificate of title for client and funders.
Advised an institutional landlord on the redevelopment of retail units in Norwich, including agreements for lease, highways issues, substation letting, and coordination with other advisers.
Acted for an investment fund on the asset purchase of a retirement village, reviewing certificates of title, negotiating transfers, surrenders, new leases, and assignments across 3 freeholds with over 100 residential leases and multiple commercial leases.
Drafted standard form lease, licence to alter, and rent deposit deed for a 20-unit industrial estate for a pension fund investment client, supervising colleagues in negotiating lettings.
