Advising developers on the construction documentation for numerous projects, including: a £50 million residential development in the West Midlands; 2 student accommodation developments (c£75 million) in Lancashire and Yorkshire; a £20 million industrial development in Kent; a £75 million development in central London including on provisions which enabled a significant retailer to remain on site for the duration of the works; and a £40 million office development in central London.
Advising a secondary school on the construction documentation for various projects including new teaching and sports facilities.
Advising ultra-high-net-worth clients on the construction documentation for various privately commissioned residential development projects.
Advising main contractors in relation to bespoke building contract documentation and the appointment documentation of consultants appointed by it and advising subcontractors in relation to bespoke sub-contract documentation.
Advising developers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants on the effects of the Building Safety Act, associated legislation and drafting and negotiating construction documentation which is compliant with such legislation.
