Jane is a commercial property law specialist, able to advise on the full spectrum of matters.


Prior to joining Davitt Jones Bould, Jane practiced at Silver Circle firms where she advised a wide spectrum of clients including investors, developers and occupiers. Her career highlights include advising HSBC in respect of a £30 million secured credit facility on freehold and leasehold properties, advising a Hong Kong property developer on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital in one or more Dutch companies holding the freehold or leasehold interest in a portfolio of 166 public houses leased to the Spirit/ Punch group of pub operators and advising on due diligence on acquisition of Harbour Exchange on the Canary Wharf Estate from Hammerson PLC on behalf of MGPA Europe.

  • Acting for Blackstone on numerous asset acquisitions and disposals.

  • Advising on corporate acquisitions and disposals, pre-letting and other asset management matters.

  • Drafting of certificates of title, dealing with other matters in relation to property financings and also corporate occupier arrangements.

  • Advising on £75 million term facility of shopping centres on behalf of Royal Bank of Scotland.

  • Acting on behalf of HSBC in respect of a £30 million secured credit facility on freehold and leasehold properties.

  • Acting on grant of new lease to Royal College of Art in respect of new development.

  • Advising on £26 million secured term loan on behalf of ING in respect of a London mixed office /retail property.

  • Acting for Wells Fargo US Bank on amendment of security package and review of additional industrial properties.

  • Acting for Wells Fargo US Bank in respect of a £32 million secured credit facility on a portfolio of retail and office premises.

  • Acting for Barings in respect of a £15 million secured credit facility on residential HMO!s properties.

  • Acting for Hong Kong property developer on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital in one or more Dutch companies holding the freehold or leasehold interest in a portfolio of 166 public houses leased to the Spirit/ Punch group of pub operators.
