• Advised HS2 stakeholders to protect a confidential client’s land following its identification for acquisition.

• Advised Sainsbury’s on multiple stores and proposals, coordinating planning inquiries and judicial review proceedings.

• Negotiated on behalf of Homes England with landowners and developers, drafting the Framework Agreement for Milton Keynes expansion areas.

• Acted for Swan Housing Association on a statutory challenge to planning permission for residential redevelopment near a noise-generating pub.

• Advised Englewood Limited on planning agreements for a residential tower in Elephant and Castle, including a Deed of Noise Easement with the Ministry of Sound.

• Supported Places for People on a residential-led development within the Harlow and Gilston Garden Town (up to 8,500 homes).

• Represented Suffolk Coastal District Council at their Community Infrastructure Levy examination.

• Advised Dartford Borough Council and Kent County Council on a mixed-use development at Eastern Quarry (6,250 homes) and associated planning agreements.
