Before joining us, Jennifer was a Senior Solicitor at West Sussex County Council advising on many properties related issues for this local authority. Prior to this she worked in the commercial property team at Charles Russell Speechlys, and undertook a secondment at Lendlease.

Work Highlights

• Advised the drafting of the property aspects of a county wide contract for an electric vehicle charge point roll out, to include a draft lease and procedure for entering it for a local authority.

• Advised on Corporate support for both shares and asset sales and purchases (for solvent and companies in administration) including undertaking due diligence and negotiating warranties, indemnities and disclosure letters.

• Assisted with all aspects of Lendlease’s asset management of various shopping centres.

• Advised on acquisitions of development sites for individual tenants to include negotiating agreements for lease with construction provisions.
