Jo has over 14 years' experience as a commercial property solicitor acting on a broad range of real estate matters with a particular focus on retail and development work.   Jo has acted for national retailers and large property companies.  Jo has volunteered with the Citizens Advice Bureau.   Since joining us in 2019, Jo has advised charities and our Central and Local Government clients on their real estate needs.

Work Highlights

• Advised a FTSE 250 construction company on a new out-of-town retail development in South London; advising on acquisition of the site and secured pre-lets of retail units to high profile retailers.

• Acted for Sainsbury's on the acquisition and development of a site for possible store extension/relocation.

• Advised a property company on the investment of a 90,000 square foot office in London.

• Acted for several national retailers, including Argos, on new leases for stores across the UK.

• Advised The Royal Parks on a transaction at Bushy Park involving a Deed of Easement required for facilitating works and access rights required by the Parks.
