• Acted for national retailers on a range of leasing transactions including portfolio management, high volume lease acquisitions, disposals, re-gears, lease renewals and short-term tenancies at high street, shopping centre, retail park, station and designer outlet locations.

• Acted for a major supermarket retailer on various new store acquisitions including new developments and redevelopments.

• Prepared multiple lease reports for a leading property development company’s reorganisation and refinancing of its large logistics portfolio.

• Prepared title reports and lease reports on various leasehold acquisitions for a national supermarket retailer and lease reviews for a multinational coffee shop chain.
