MARIA GILL

Maria has advised clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, Handelsbanken, Giles Insurance Brokers and others on a wide range of commercial property matters. Maria’s experience includes acting for institutional landlords & tenants in the management of property portfolios, acting for a major brewery, individual landlords and individual tenants in the retail and office sectors and also in the buying and selling of commercial property.

Maria joined us in 2022, bringing over 15 years’ experience in commercial property. Outside of her commercial property career, Maria serves her local community as a local Councillor.  Prior to her legal career, Maria worked for two years in Accountancy at Grant Thornton LLP and 5 years at Eversheds Sutherland in Insolvency.
