MICHELLE EDWARDS

Michelle started her career in the Landlord and Tenant team of the Commercial Litigation Department of Norwich Union Legal Services in April 1988, before qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2002, after obtaining a law degree in 1999. Since 2011 Michelle has worked in risk and compliance and prior to DJB she worked at a personal injury firm as a risk and compliance lawyer.

Michelle joined the firm in 2026 and is responsible for ensuring the firm is adhering to all the industry’s compliance and legislative regulations.  As well as being our Risk and Compliance Officer, Michelle is also our Data Protection Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
