Nicola is an experienced commercial property solicitor who has also worked in property finance. Having acted on a variety of high-profile transaction in a career across City and regional firms, Nicola has advised institutional investors, corporate end users, and logistics providers, as well as central and local government in their acquisition, letting, and disposals of strategic sites.
Nicola’s public sector experience spans strategic regeneration, development and land assembly, occupational property requirements, local authority project delivery, and ongoing support for public sector legal and property functions.
Nicola also has experience acting in a variety of high-profile transactions, including property outsourcing, PFI, and corporate private M&As, alongside institutional investment (primarily landlord and tenant advice for pension funds), and local authority development joint ventures
