
NIGEL HEILPERN
Nigel is a real estate law specialist, and he has extensive experience in complex real estate finance deals, both on the equity, banking and restructuring side of the transactions. He represents real estate opportunity funds as well as major investment banks on their European real estate investment programs; advises on the formation of funds as well as financing of real estate and general development work. His clients include developers, bankers and other institutions. He has previously worked for firms including Nabarro and King and Spalding where he was a Partner and their Head of Real Estate.
As well as working with us, Nigel is a Partner at Avonhurst. He is a member of the Paris Bar (non-practicing) as well as professional memberships with the Urban Land Institute and the Investment Property Forum.
