Paul is a commercial property solicitor with over 11 years’ experience. He is able to advise on the full spectrum of matters, having acted for landowners in relation to conditional contracts, option agreements, promotion agreements and overage for disposal of sites for residential and mixed use development including to UK supermarket chains; for developers in relation to acquisitions of residential sites for 50-100 units; major warehousing, freight and logistics operators; and for banks and borrowers in relation to acquisitions, refinancing and distressed lending.
Paul primarily focuses on work for residential developer clients. As a successful developer in his own right having led his own 7 unit, £6.2m residential development scheme Paul is uniquely placed to understand the commercial and practical considerations of those undertaking any form of development. This allows him to advise and assist clients from a unique perspective, drawing on inputs from a wide range of professional fields, anticipating issues before they arise in order to come up with pro-active and creative solutions.
