Sophie is a highly experienced commercial property solicitor.   She has extensive experience in the whole spectrum of complex real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, developments, financings, restructurings and advising on landlord and tenant matters, for both international and national clients.

Work Highlights

• Advised Madison Square Garden Entertainment on the site acquisition and development agreements (including TfL and Network Rail regulatory consents and other adjoining owner agreements) of the MSG Sphere London entertainment arena in Stratford.

• Advised Cain International on the development and pre-lets to WeWork and other tenants of The Stage, a mixed-use development in the City of London.

• Advised British Land on the financing and development of the mixed-use regeneration project at Canada Water, London.

• Advised Societe Generale on the refinancing and post-insolvency sale of the Shearings hotel portfolio and on the financing of 30 Berkeley Square, London.

• Advised Benson Elliot on the £111m sale of The Meadows shopping centre in Chelmsford and on the acquisition and management of Guildford Business Park.

• Advised Brookfield Office Properties on the £211m acquisition and hive up of its interest in Moor Place.
