
VIVIENNE KING
Vivienne King is a solicitor who has held leadership positions in real estate for more than 25 years, with experience across real estate sectors in site assembly, regeneration, leasing, investment structures and strategy development, and a strong track record in environmental and social sustainability.
She is now founder of Impactful Places, a consultancy supporting the built environment integrate impact into business delivery for better outcomes for people and place. Prior to setting up Impactful Places, Vivienne was Head of Real Estate at impact advisory firm, The Good Economy.
Vivienne was CEO of Revo, the retail and leisure property trade association and CEO of West End housing association, Soho Housing and its commercial subsidiary, Soho ltd and in the senior executive team at The Crown Estate as general council with responsibility for corporate operations.
Vivienne was a co-founder and inaugural chair of Real Estate Balance and is deputy chair of its Patrons Group, chair of the Shopkeepers' Campaign for retail business rates reform and Chair of Revo. Vivienne is a board member of heritage organisation the Churches Conservation Trust, a Patron of Landaid and Vice President of the Story of Christmas charity. She was inducted into the Property Week Hall of Fame in 2023 for her work in the real estate industry.
