We have advised on the regeneration of a deprived area into a garden suburb with 1,100 homes and the community infrastructure to support it.
We acted on a public inquiry relating to the expansion of a major airport.
We advised on a HIF grant funded road improvement scheme to unlock a development of over 3,000 homes, including drafting and submitting the necessary compulsory purchase order to acquire the land for the Scheme, and an associated side roads order and dealt with the subsequent public local inquiries.
