PROPERTY TRANSITION READINESS ASSESSMENT

Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) will require the transfer of all property, rights and liabilities from predecessor authorities to successor councils. Many authorities are already beginning to review portfolios, identify risks and determine what actions need to be taken prior to vesting day. This short assessment is designed to help property, legal and estates teams understand how prepared they are for the transition.

 

The assessment takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.
