BUSINESS MANAGER

Tom joined Davitt Jones Bould through the graduate trainee scheme and has since developed a broad, commercial understanding of how the firm operates. Working closely with the Chief Executive during his training, Tom gained exposure across strategy, operations, client service and business development, building a strong foundation that underpins his current role.

Now part of the Business Management team, Tom plays a key role in managing and developing client relationships, with particular responsibility for the firm’s Real Estate Support offering. He works closely with law firm clients and the firm’s technical leads to support delivery, strengthen collaboration and continually improve the service provided to those clients.

Alongside servicing key accounts, Tom is increasingly focused on building his own client base across both the public and private sectors. As part of this, he also supports the firm’s client partners in shaping and delivering their business development strategies. He enjoys working with people, building networks and helping clients find practical solutions, while continuing to contribute to firmwide projects that improve the way the business operates.
