TOM WHITWORTH

BUSINESS MANAGER

Since joining in 2022 through the graduate trainee scheme, Tom has worked closely with the Chief Executive on projects spanning all core areas of the business. With a degree in Business Management from Cardiff University, he has played a key role in driving firmwide initiatives across strategy, operations, technology, and client service. Now part of the Business Management team, Tom manages and services key client accounts and supports business developers in shaping and delivering growth strategies. Alongside this, he leads cross-departmental projects focused on enhancing the way the firm operates, including chairing the Technology Task Force and spearheading the implementation of the firm’s AI strategy.
