Lizzie joined DJB in 2018 as part of the graduate team after completing a BA (Hons) in English Literature at the University of Warwick. Initially, Lizzie’s focus was on business efficiencies, marketing and project management. Now, in her role as Business Manager, Lizzie is also responsible for managing half of our work stream for Highways England. Lizzie utilises her background in business efficiencies to generate client-centric service improvements. This, together with her proficiency for marketing and communications, means Lizzie approaches client-care with a keen eye for detail and effective communication, with a focus on always ensuring service delivery is always approached with logic and in-tune with a deep understanding of the client’s needs. Lizzie is a key point of contact to a number of Highways England departments. She regularly liaises with the client to implement best practice and provides a dedicated single point of contact to the organisation by taking instructions, allocating work to the legal team and providing regular and thorough progress reports to update the client on the status of each of their matters.
