Nichola has over 10 years’ experience of practice in commercial property with firms including DLA Piper. She advises on a range of property matters including asset management, acquisitions and disposals, outsourcing and property aspects of corporate transactions. Nichola also edited Ross: Commercial Leases, the acknowledged market-leading text in the commercial property field.

• Acted for ‘Blue chip’ retail, leisure and institutional investors, including Trillium (Prime) Property GP Limited and The Merlin Group on a wide range of transactions.

• Acted for The Prudential in relation to corporate transactions and asset management work.

• Advised Well Pharmacy on a range of landlord & tenant issues.

• Acted for the Wolverhampton and Dudley Brewery in relation to the disposal of licensed premises and gained experience of advising on property issues in corporate transactions.

• Acted for government clients including Highways England and Defra on their estates management issues, covering landlord & tenant and other areas.
