Tony Fitzmaurice joined Davitt Jones Bould as a Group Director in 2013 from the Manchester office of Brabners LLP where he was a Partner. Tony has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of Commercial Property gained from over 25 years experience and his speciality is property development and regeneration schemes.
James Vernon Stroud joined Davitt Jones Bould as a Group Director in 2013 from international law firm, Squire Sanders & Dempsey where he was Head of Real Estate. James’ clients benefit from his significant experience in real estate portfolio management, development, finance, landlord and tenant, as well as project management of large scale transactions.
Richard Vann Jones joined Davitt Jones Bould as an Associate Director at the end of 2013 from the Bank of Ireland where he had worked for 4 years as a Senior Solicitor. Richard is experienced in all areas of Commercial Property and specialises in landlord and tenant, development projects and social housing.
Helen Chesman joined Davitt Jones Bould as a Senior Associate Solicitor at the end of 2013 from Bond Dickinson. Helen is an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor and specialises in landlord and tenant and land development.
Deborah Harrison joined Davitt Jones Bould as a Senior Associate Solicitor at the end of 2013. Most recently Deborah worked as an Assistant Company Solicitor at property developer and contractor United House Group. Deborah is a specialist Construction and Engineering Lawyer with experience in both private practice and in-house.
