Experienced commercial property lawyer, Pascale Van Zyl, joins DJB as Associate Director.

Pascale has experience advising on a wide range of commercial estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, portfolio asset management, and landlord and tenant work.

Pascale specialises in asset management and landlord and tenant work, particularly in the retail and leisure sectors for clients such as British Land and Hansteen. She has acted on a number of acquisitions disposals, developments, and lettings.

Pascale has spent almost 20 years at FFW, Blake Morgan, Jones Day, Mayer Brown and most recently at BCLP.

Pascale is also fluent in French.
