THE RENTERS' RIGHTS ACT 2025
The Renters' Rights Act is the most significant piece of legislation in relation to residential lettings in a generation. It affects many areas of property law and management including disposal of property with or without vacant possession. Most of the provisions come into force on May 1st and in March Regulations were produced providing the detail. In April the CPSE enquiries changed.
The course is a must for property professionals both in the private and public sector.
