DJB Act in Disposal of Winwick Quay for £23.9million


Tony Fitzmaurice, Group Director of specialist real estate law firm Davitt Jones Bould (DJB), has recently completed the disposal of one of the largest multi-let industrial parks in the country for £23.9million. DJB’s private investor client sold the site made up of approximately 400,000 sq ft of industrial and leisure space to Coal Pension Properties Limited represented by global real estate company LaSalle Investment Management.

The park spans a 25 acre site containing an assortment of occupiers, including major names such as Autoglass, Kwik Fit, Safestore, LA Bowl and Pure Gym.

This major disposal is one of a number of large scale projects being undertaken by DJB, as the firm’s presence continues to grow in Manchester and the surrounding area.
