Around 10 million people live in the 1,114 villages, towns and cities that are located along the UK’s 7,723 miles of coastline. Our vision is to see every single one of those places thriving, which as you will see from Chapter 1, is far from the current reality. This document does not claim to be a ‘fix all’ strategy.
