Today we've launched When Land Meets the Sea, a new podcast mini-series from Unpacking the Case, where Richard Snape and Elizabeth Collin explore the legal issues shaping our coastlines and coastal communities.

 

From who owns the foreshore and whether a beach can become a village green, to coastal erosion, collapsing cliff-top properties, easements, covenants and legal principles dating back to Roman law, each episode uses real cases to bring these areas of property law to life.
